It is a serious disruption of the society or community by Natural Hazard and Man-Made Disasters causes much suffering or loss to many people.
Natural Hazard are the consequences of Natural Process or Phenomenon. Natural Process is made by Natural Forces of the world and Phenomenon is an observable event like biological, chemical, geological, meteorological and it could happen once per month, year, decade or century
Natural Hazard: Earthquake, Landslide, Volcanic Eruptions, Flood, Hurricane, Tornado, Blizzard, Tsunami, Cyclone and Wildfire
Man-Made Disaster: are the conseuqences of technological hazards like transport, industrial, health accidents or violent crime made by the human being
Man-Made Disaster: Fire, Transport Accidents, Industrial Accidents, Oil-spill, Nuclear Explotion, Nuclear Radiation, Epidemic, Mass Evacuation, Terrorist Incident and Global Warning

The Purpose of Accounting is provie information, monito activities, transparency and reduce of fraud in financial transactions.
In Accounting, the double-entry bookkepping system is the basics of the standards system used in organizations to record financial transactions.
